Every morning Simonetta\u2019s kitchen will prepare with her hands a rich and fragrant breakfast with local products and home-made preparations such as homemade cakes and biscuits, fresh seasonal fruit, homemade biscuits, fresh yogurt, fruit juices and absolute jams excellence.<\/p>

In 1995, Simonetta purchased the farmhouse Casa Bellavista<\/em>, a site dating back to Roman times, and lovingly restored it with great attention to design, the kitchen area, and the outdoor spaces. In 2001, Casa Bellavista B&B<\/em> was born, immediately receiving outstanding international reviews and quickly being recognized as one of the best in the area for its charming atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious cuisine.<\/p>

Her international reputation reached new heights when she appeared as a guest chef on Channel 5 UK\u2019s TV series A Celebrity Taste of Italy<\/em>.

At Casa Bellavista you can also dine (by booking in advance) in a family atmosphere to taste vegetarian and vegan dishes of the area as well as original proposals by Simonetta. The dinner is available on Wednesday and Saturday.<\/p>
